Unable to control the ventilation unit with the CI60 or CI600 control panel?

If the CI60 or CI600 does not communicate with the ventilation unit, the cause is usually a communication fault between the control panel and the unit. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Answer:

If the control panel does not operate the unit, follow these steps in order:

  1. Check the green LED on the control board
It should blink rapidly in green, approximately five times per second. If it does not blink, there is no communication between the panel and the unit.

  2. Disconnect additional accessories
Remove humidity sensors, CO₂ sensors or other accessories to rule out system conflicts.

  3. Test direct connection
Connect the control panel directly to the short cable above the unit. This helps identify faults in extension cables or junction boxes.

  4. Check the flat cable inside the control panel
Ensure the cable is properly connected and not damaged.

  5. Restart the unit
The unit must be restarted after each change for the control panel to register correctly.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting the dealer where the product was purchased or the service company that installed the system.
