During service or when a temporary shutdown of an Albatros unit is required, it is important to use the correct function in the control system to ensure proper and safe shutdown.

Answer:

To stop a commercial airhandling unit of the Albatros type with CS500 or CS1000 control, press and hold the button with the fan symbol on the control panel for approximately 5–8 seconds, until “stop” appears on the display.

Please note that in some cases the unit may continue running for up to 180 seconds before it stops completely. This is a normal function and allows the heating coil to cool down before full shutdown.
