A new platform for better indoor air quality
Nova is designed as a complete system built around the air handling unit. The platform consists of Nova Hub, a wireless control panel and wireless sensors, control and automation systems, and separate apps for users and installers.
Easier commissioning and less cabling
Nova Hub is the central hub of the system. During commissioning, installers can connect directly via Bluetooth without relying on access to the home's local network.
The control panel and sensors communicate wirelessly with Nova Hub. This allows greater flexibility in placement and reduces the need for cabling. The system can also be expanded with additional sensors and functions as needs change.
Nova Hub supports internet connectivity via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, as well as Modbus and BACnet for integration with higher-level control systems.
Demand-controlled ventilation as standard
With Nova Multisense, the air handling unit measures CO₂, relative humidity and temperature in the extract air. This enables demand-controlled ventilation as standard.
The Auto function uses information from the system to automatically regulate ventilation. Airflow is adjusted based on factors such as CO₂, humidity and temperature, ensuring that the system delivers the right amount of ventilation according to actual demand.
"Tap" the panel
Built-in NFC: System information can be accessed simply by holding a smartphone against the control panel.
Wireless sensors can make demand control even more precise in selected rooms.
Wireless and expandable to meet your needs
Nova makes it possible to adapt the solution to the needs of the home and the project. Wireless accessories can be placed where measurements are most useful and can also be added later.
For more advanced installations, Nova IO offers additional connection options. This makes the platform suitable for applications where the air handling unit needs to work together with components such as water heating coils, cooling coils, combined heating and cooling coils, or fire dampers.
Separate apps for users and installers
Nova has two apps designed for different needs.
Flexit Nova gives end users an overview of their indoor air quality and ventilation, as well as easy access to relevant operating modes.
Flexit Nova Pro is designed for installers and service technicians. Its functions are tailored to installation, servicing, troubleshooting and support. This provides professionals with a tool suited to their tasks, while end users benefit from a simpler interface for everyday use.
