The use of the Flexit GO app is regulated by the Terms and privacy statement for Flexit GO.
What personal data is processed
Here is an overview of the personal data processed by Flexit:
- Information about the customer relationship (name, address, e-mail and contact information, details of services and orders, payment details, marketing permission and contacts with customer service).
- Username and password for My Page.
- Other information about the use of the services. Data collected by means of cookies and similar technology through use of our websites. Read more about how we use cookies.
- Any other information collected on the basis of your consent or an agreement with you. When we ask for your consent or enter into an agreement, you will receive specific information about what personal data we collect, and what it is used for.
How information is collected
Essentially, the personal data we process originates from you or you contacts. Some information also comes from us or our partners. Flexit collects information through forms on our websites. Giving this information is voluntary. If you choose not to give this information, we may not be able to give you access to products or services.
The purpose and legal basis for the processing
We process the information for the following purposes:
- To deliver products and provide services
- To send relevant information
- To make contact and offer our products and services
- To improve and develop existing and new products and services
- To ensure that outsiders cannot access information

The legal basis for processing your personal data is principally to enter into and fulfill orders and agreements, in addition to fulfill our legal obligations. When it comes to other contact, the legal basis will be your consent or a legitimate interest. According to Flexit’s assessment, we have a legitimate interest in responding to and following up inquiries and send out marketing material and conduct dialogue on news, offers, and products and services from us with our customers and other interested parties, unless they object to us doing so.
Storage and deletion
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is mandatory or permitted by current legislation.
Your personal data may also be deleted on request if you contact our customer service.
Disclosure of information to third parties
Flexit makes use of partners and subcontractors to assist with service and follow-up, freight, invoicing, delivery of IT- and technology services and distribution of newsletters. This partners and subcontractors process personal data on behalf of Flexit to the limited purpose that is necessary to provide the assistance, and according to signed data processor agreements.
Your personal data is stored and processed by Flexit and our partners within the EU / EEA area, or in a third country pursuant to EU’s standard model clauses, and according to current privacy legislation.
Rights
You have the right to access your personal data and how they are processed. You can also demand rectification and erasure of your personal data, or limit the use of your personal data according to the Personal Data Act.
Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent.
If you consider that Flexit’s processing of your personal data infringes the privacy legislation, you are entitled to complain to the Data Inspectorate.
